Join us for an evening with Master Sommelier Patrick Okubo celebrating wines from Gaja, one of the most famous and prestigious Italian producers, known for being the first to produce single vineyard wines in Piedmont and revolutionizing winemaking in Italy. Chef Johnathan Mizukami has created a special tasting menu paired with these exquisite wines. Reception will be held in Hoku’s at 5:30PM with wine and pupus. Coursed wine pairing dinner will be at 6:00PM highlighting some of the winery’s most sought after selections.
